14th Annual July 4th Fun Parade - Saturday, beginning at Fair Funeral Home in Eden. Meet at 8:45 am, parade starts at 9:30 am. Dress in red, white and blue; decorate bikes, wagons, strollers, golf carts and floats. Prizes for best decorations. Watermelon for everyone. (627.8918)
Ole Fashion Fourth Celebration - Saturday, July 4 at Morehead High School Stadium in Eden. Beach Bingo, horseshoe tournament, food vendors, rides, and the area's largest firewords display. Entertainment - 2:00 pm, Calabash Blues & Boogie Band; 4:00 pm, The Bullet Band; 7:00 pm, The Holiday Band. Free admission.
